Practice is held at Athletic and Recreation Center (ARC) at Baruch College. The pool is a 6 lane 25 Meter pool. Perfect for getting in both sprint and distance sets.

Grand Cayman Training trip 2016
Our 2016 training trip took us to Grand Cayman. There was lots of swimming, both above and below the water. We met new friends, and hung out with old friends. We played with turtles, stingrays, ate an enormous cake, and competed in a 1 mile open water swim that included former Olympic swimmers. In short, we had a blast!
