NYC Hydras is a US Masters Swim team (USMS) located in the heart of NYC. We train at a 6 lane 25 Meter pool at Baruch College. Located at 55 Lexington Avenue and 24th St. new York, NY. We offer coached group workouts, private lessons, and semi-private lessons.
